I had an overall decent stay at Eden Resorts & Spa, but some things could definitely use improvement. My Deluxe Double Room was spacious and the hotel’s architecture was stunning. However, the food options were quite limited and not really tasty, which was a bummer. The staff, aside from one standout, really needs more training in customer service to enhance the experience.
